$25 Private Intro Kids Class
This is a great way to start your time at Checkmat Exeter (required for beginners) to discover what training is like. All newcomers must sign up for a private, 1-on-1 lesson with one of our coaches. This is in order for your child to have the solid foundation they need before joining the group class. We strongly believe the best approach to BJJ is to understand fundamentals and the culture of the community. Free Adult Intro Class
If you are a beginner and are 18 years or older, you can sign up for a FREE introductory Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. This offer is for a limited time only and is a great way to dive into BJJ and discover how it can help you achieve your goals whether it’s weight-loss, strength training, self-defense or just to simply learn a new hobby.
